Digital Products

All PDF guides and digital downloads are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping involved. After completing your purchase you will receive an email from hello@herwisdoms.com containing a secure download link. Your guide will be available for download immediately after payment is confirmed.

Please note that each download link is valid for a maximum of two downloads. We strongly recommend saving your file to your device immediately after the first download. Once the two download limit has been reached the link will no longer be active and no further downloads will be available.

Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout as your download link will be sent to that address. If you do not receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

If you experience any issues with your digital delivery please contact us at hello@herwisdoms.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

For physical products shipping times and costs vary depending on the product and your delivery location. Estimated shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Her Wisdoms is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

International Shipping

We ship physical products to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Her Wisdoms is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during international delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your physical order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us at hello@herwisdoms.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
