Refund policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our PDF guides and digital downloads all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any digital products once they have been purchased and delivered. Please read the product description carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue with your download please contact us at hello@herwisdoms.com within 48 hours of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

Refund eligibility varies by product. Please check the individual product listing before purchasing as some items are eligible for returns and some are not.

For items eligible for a return please contact us at hello@herwisdoms.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and respond within 3 to 5 business days. If approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For items that are not eligible for a return this will be clearly stated on the product listing at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive any item that is damaged or defective please contact us at hello@herwisdoms.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, description of the issue and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability at no additional cost to you.
